Day 4

So yesterday was a write-off. I was with a client all day facilitating a session, so 1. didn't get to my workout 2. ate pizza for lunch and 3. had some carbs (but not much - a slice of bread) for dinner.

But have worked out this morning - the video on how to do kicks helped - and I'm ready for a virtuous ay.
