OK, metrics done.
Here we go: 43 flappy punches before I finally lost it.
Morning bend ended at about 3 inches above my ankles
And did a leap and marked it on a wall. Here's a picture which you can't really make sense of because of the light, but it will work as a reminder for me when the time comes to redo it.
Keep practicing and those punches will go from "flappy" to "Snappy!"
