going out to dinner

a serious block on the egg white shake thing.

still, stuck to protein for the meal, albeit it with wine. So failed, but failed less than I might have.

  1. Watch that small failings don't lead to larger ones. "Well, I already messed up my lunch so might as well live it up at dinner and get back on track tomorrow." Next day, "Well, this week is already messed up so I might as well take it easy and start fresh on Monday." Monday comes and "Well, this month has been pretty stressful so will just cruise to the first of November and get things right then." This is poor gong fu.
