OK, I know I'm wingeing here. I'm sure that's the kung fu way.
But my workout time feels like it's doubled because of the bloody targetted whatsits. I do an uppercut, then have to wait for everything to settle down before I do another. In the meantime the sun has risen and set...
Yeah, definitely a bit longer. I've solved that by not waiting for it to settle down and trying to land punches while it's still swinging vicariously in every direction. Kicks land seldomly but I'm making a second lower target tonight, should make it easier and I can move through the workout without adjusting heights.
ReplyDeleteKeep the pace up, the idea is to hit the ball wherever it is, not wait for it to settle down too much.
ReplyDeleteNothing to reset the ego like whiffing past a bobbling ball time and time again in an attempt to connect a series of fast and deadly punches! Then again it feels SO nice to connect once in a while. Show that ball who is the master!
