Day 15 - good news, bad news

A skipping record for me - 385 skips in a row. Hurrah!

Finally weighed breakfast and I now see just how small a bowl of porridge I get for 120gs of carbs. *sigh*

  1. Oh yeah, welcome to the real diet! :) I was super surprised at how heavy oatmeal is and started using it as a filler for afternoon carbs when I'm not as able to stuff it all in....

  3. You need a bowl full of carbs, try the magical cous-cous! Or wheat tortillas...or, eat fewer carbs! ;)
