Day 23 check in

Hi everyone.

Tried the smoothie w. egg whites and banana and the like last night for dinner and... hey, it actually worked. It substituted very nicely for dinner, and I'm sure I'm starting to see my checkbones now.

A good work out today. The v-sit ups were a killer.

  2. There is actually a thing as too many egg-whites. I think I hit my personal limit on PCP when I was having 6 a day. But 5 a day is juuuust riiight.
